In 1997 or so, Uttar Pradesh was a state of gangsters where every mafia always dreamt about getting absolute power. Tarakeshwari Singh got murdered as he refused to share some tenders of Eastern Railways of Gorakhpur area to Gajraj Singh. Ajay got a posting in Lucknow. ADG Kapoor welcomed the honest police officer. In Lucknow and Varanasi, the University students were targeted. The mafias of Uttar Pradesh used to brainwash the frustrated and unsuccessful University students by saying, ‘Gaali ka jawab Goli se doh’.

After so many years, the 31 year old man met his childhood friend. The Lecturer of Economics of IGNOU University started having a soft corner towards Ajay. Ramnath Mishra had no other option than to give some tenders to Gajraj. Mr. Mishra had a plan to give an election ticket to Gajraj from Gorakhpur Seat. Raghuvir Singh, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, was too annoyed about the increased crimes in Uttar Pradesh under his tenure.  Ajay wanted to involve the local District Policemen to crack any criminal case.

Gajraj had powerful links with the bureaucrats and top-notch politicians of Uttar Pradesh. As Uttar Pradesh government was formed by alliance of several parties, so, the ruling government had certain weaknesses also in terms of taking hard decisions to eradicate mafia raj from Uttar Pradesh completely. Long time back, a son of a poor farmer was taken care by a zamindar. The zamindar’s son always regarded that son of a poor farmer as his brother. The CM of UP was too simple and down-earthed to appreciate it and honor Hariprasad Singh.

The murder of Hariprasad Singh stunned Raghuvir Singh. The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh gave a green signal to the Uttar Pradesh Police Department to form a Special Task Force with some good, honest and brave policemen. The organized crime started in Uttar Pradesh. That is, the criminals planned everything beforehand so well that the cops were unable to get any clue about it. The mafias were using the newly launched cell phones. Dhirubhai Ambani’s marketing penetration strategy helped many people to get Motorola handsets.

Bhole Shankar was a good professor of an Engineering College and his specialization was on Electronics and Communication. To know the techniques of tracking the cell phones, the professor started the research and also taught everything about mobile telephones to the policemen of Uttar Pradesh. Very soon, the Uttar Pradesh Police Department opened up a new training center to train the cops about latest technologies and gadgets to deal with intelligent criminals. The mobile tapping of all mafias started and were monitored strictly.

Hariprasad’s grandson was kidnapped and kept at a place near Lucknow-Benaras Highway and beside the railway tracks. Kasem was ordered to bring the arms and ammunition from Nepal Border. The ISI agents; Basiruddin and Aslam Sekh built a secret ISI office at Nepal. These ISI agents used to supply arms and ammunition to mafias of Uttar Pradesh and the Maoists of tribal areas at a much cheaper rate. The arms and ammunition was supplied to India through Indo-Nepal Border in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.

Shaktipal Mehra had a deal with Gajraj to buy some lands illegally to make some illegal constructions. Inspector Solanki doubted on Mr. Mehra when he said that the deal was finalized in 37 lakhs INR only. The promoters of Uttar Pradesh were also involved in huge money laundering cases as they were having tie-ups with mafias of Uttar Pradesh. The fake Mehra Constructions was just a tip of the ice-berg. Anamika was threatened by someone. Solanki and his team members started beating that member of Mr. Mishra’s party publicly. 

ADG Kapoor was furious on Inspector Solanki and demanded his resignation. Ajay Kumar understood the matter well and succeeded in cooling down ADG. Professor tapped the mobile phone of Gajraj to trace down the location where Hariprasad Singh’s grandson was kept. The encounter was successful as they rescued Hariprasad Singh’s grandson, but, Gajraj and Chowdhury escaped. The newspaper started criticizing the Special Task Force by saying that a Police Raj exists in Uttar Pradesh. Uttar Pradesh policemen gained confidence due to STF.

Kasem got killed on that platform. Inspector Solanki fell in a mafia trap and died. Gajraj and his men were in back foot due to STF. On the other hand, STF were searching for Gajraj like hungry tigers to take the sweet revenge of the death of many STF members. Mr. Mishra wanted to have detailed discussion with Gajraj regarding the coming election. Bhole Shankar rightly tapped the mobile phone of Chowdhury to gun him down at Cannaught Place of New Delhi. Now, it was time to tap the mobile phone of Gajraj very tactfully.

During the meeting, Gajraj used his mobile phone. Professor confirmed that Gajraj is having a meeting near the railway platforms. While drinking water in the platform, Gajraj saw the policemen of Special Task Force. The mafia doubted on Ramnath. The sound of the bullets firing confirmed that Mr. Mishra got murdered. Inside the train compartment, the final encounter took place. Rabi Kumar died like a coward but Ajay Kumar died like a warrior. Mr. Tiwary, who always feared guns; fired so many bullets on Gajraj’s chest to bring peace in “SEHAR”.
