Welcome to the college life of India. Inside the hostel, there was scarcity of water but not alcohol. The Chairman of the Board of college decided to address the students of the college on a festival day. The students were not happy about it. For being absent, students had to give 10 rupees as fine to the Principal of the college. Who used to always take money from his roommate? ‘Tum itna sharmaati kyon ho?’ That girl was more extrovert than her boyfriend! The Chairman of the Board of college decided to introduce Commerce subject and Commerce faculties in the college. After all, commerce cannot be ignored at all in this competitive arena of world economies. What happened to the college Principal’s nephew inside the college canteen? Why Banerjee got rusticated? ‘Idhaar meeting hoga, saab ka order hain.’ ‘Par hamara rehearsal ka kya hoga!’ Who was enjoying a girl inside the boys’ hostel room by remaining absent from college on that day?

The information got spread around the college. The college students made a plan. Almost full attendance in the auditorium to hear the lecture of the Chairman! Were those students too obedient?
