PADMAN !!!

For its 1st cycle, they celebrate it, but, still considers it as a taboo. During these 5 days once in a month, neither they were allowed to sleep inside the bedroom nor allowed to enter inside any temple. What is natural, is natural ! Why so much rules ! Why a black plastic bag is still used in medicine shops to supply it to the customer ? Shaadi mubarak ho, Laxmikant ji ! 'Aaj se meri saari khusiyaan teri ho gayi, aaj se tera gham mera ho gaya.'  Well, Laxmikant understood her pain, and started doing several experiments, though, it was not Research and Develeopment (R&D) but Try and Fail (T&F). '55 rupiya ! Socho kitna kharcha hoga !'

Why that product was so costly ? Were those foreign companies fooling the Indians ? Oh ! No! Was he searching for guinea pigs for his experiments ? In rural India, it was very difficult for him. Even a medical college student was just filling up the feedback forms on her own, as no one was ready to experiment the samples. 'Dhaandey ki aasli maalik hota hain graahak. Graahak ki chintaa karo. Graahak ko kuch dene se pehle, khud istehmaal kar ke dekh lenaa chaiye.' A man with his pant fully red blooded ran towards the river to have a bath ! During the Panchayat meeting, how many persons left the village ? 

Communication is important, not the English language. Similarly, Flowchart is important, not the software language of the program. The professor showed him a costly machine and he took its printout to tear the page as per its step-by-step process. The low cost product is ready after taking a loan from a businessman. God also supports innovation and that's why, always keeps a secret door open to allow any innovation to get implemented, though, not always so easily. The tabalchi was his first customer ! Time to show your innovation to the world. You have not studied in IIT, so what ! IIT always chases any Indian's Innovation.

Welcome to the 4th National Innovation Social Development Award Ceremony organized by IIT. Big B motivated everyone and felt proud about the Indian's spirit to innovate for the betterment of the society. Who was awarded Rs. 2 lakhs as a prize money for doing the life changing innovation of the Year ? Majority of Indians start dancing by reading or hearing the News Headlines ! As a result, the innovator was insulted when the rural Indians read the news in details after seeing the innovative product. But, Mr. Chauhan decided to stick with 'Crore o ke'  strategy, rather than 'Crore o ka' strategy. 'Just wait and watch.'

To sell a female product, you need a female. More women got involved to sell the product. The product must have a new name to create a brand image in the market. 'Pari' was a lucky name, both for the innovator and the innovative product. The concept of Self Help Groups came in. Banks started to give loans to rural women to start their own business. UNICEF welcomed him, as this innovator not only brought a new business revolution, but also the women empowerment. The 'Padmashree' winner brought tears in Pari's eyes, though got appreciation from villagers. Gayatri was luckier than Pari, and finally  got back her “PADMAN”.
