So, how can you expect good treatment in those hospitals? Government doctors are also too negligent about their patients and too selfish to earn more money by visiting patients in a private nursing home. Shanti ka toh Om Shanti Om ho gaya bhai. In Hindu religion, it is a ritual to offer the ashes of a dead person to God. It is popularly known as ‘Pinda Daan’. 

The old man started his pilgrimage. Indian Finance Ministry recently issued a guideline that all the pension holders must submit Life Certificate either in Local Treasury Office or Centralized Pension Office, whichever is applicable by the month of November of each and every year. Even the Pension Officers have been instructed to check whether the pension holder stay in their respective residential addresses or not which are mentioned in their respective Life Certificates.

The pension officers came to verify the pension holder. Saab, o toh lambi safar mein gaye hain. Are a long packaged tour and a permanent journey towards the heaven, the same thing? Even after submitting the Life Certificate, if a pension holder is not getting his pension in his Pension Account of any PSU Bank (e.g. Allahabad Bank), then there is something wrong. The officers of Centralized Pension Office of India illegally took pensioners’ money. The sad old man came back from his pilgrimage.

Musaddilal Tripathy, the retired school master of Mahatma Gandhi school of Lalganj village of Zila Ghaziabad of Uttar Pradesh state of India was surprised; as for 3 months, he got no pension in his Bank Account. The 62 year old man went to the Centralized Pension Office to get a shocking information that as per the Indian Government data, he is already dead. Next day, the MA pass, unemployed son of Musaddilal came to the Centralized Pension Office to show his power. But, as per Indian penal code, beating up any government official is an offense.

Pattu was one of the dull students of his school, but, he became a collector. The collector was really a good collector of bribes. He did not hesitate to take bribe from his school teacher also. Dena Bank gave some dena (loan) in the name of Mussaddilal Tripathy to his son by keeping the house in Karol Bagh as a mortgage. Bunty got some scolding from his father. The collector issued the affidavit after taking the bribe. Even after seeing the affidavit, the officers of the Centralized Pension Office demanded 50,000 INR, i.e. 10,000 INR each for 5 officers.

Mussaddilal played a trick. When a man becomes too greedy, he becomes incapable to judge what is right and what is wrong. The 5 greedy officers came in front of India Gate. Mussaddilal was unable to bear the mental harassment. The retired school master got arrested. What is your crime? My only crime is that I am a common man who is raising voices against giving or taking bribes. You are switching off lights for 10 minutes every evening to reduce global warming. Similarly, I am also protesting against bribe system to reduce corruption.

How can a dead man slap some of the officers of Centralized Pension Office? The Judge was smart enough to understand the entire case. So, it became an exceptional case. The final hearing got scheduled in front of India Gate. The final verdict went in favor of the honest man. Subhash appreciated the fact that honesty and truth always win at the last. The bail paper of 1 rupee was enough to make the dead man alive. All the mentally dead victims of Indian corruptive systems must take a re-birth after watching, “CHALA MUSSADDI – OFFICE OFFICE”.
